WE ACCOMPLISHED OUR GOALS OF SUPPORTING THE SHAKOPEE HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS HOCKEY TEAM IN MANY ASPECTS, INCLUDING: LOCKER ROOM AND ARENA ENHANCEMENTS PROVIDING FOR LODGING AND MEALS FOR THE TEAM'S OUT OF TOWN GAME PROVIDING EQUIPMENT BAGS, BACKPACKS, PARKAS AND APPAREL PROVIDING EQUIPMENT (GLOVES AND HELMETS) FOR PLAYERS THE TEAM IS PRESENT IN THE COMMUNITY BY: VOLUNTEERING WITHIN THE SHAKOPEE YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION BAGGING GROCERIES AT CUB FOODS PARTICIPATING IN THE 363 DAYS FOOD PROGRAM MAKING VALENTINES FOR RESIDENTS OF LOCAL SENIOR LIVING FACILITY CONDUCTING A TOYS FOR TOTS DRIVE VOLUNTEERING AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS DURING FLOOR HOCKEY UNITS VOLUNTEERING AT MN WILD SPECIAL HOCKEY PRACTICES PARTICIPATION IN THE SHS GLOMIES PROGRAM WE FEEL WE BOTH ACCOMPLISHED OUR GOAL OF SUPPORTING THE SHS GIRLS HOCKEY TEAM WITH THEIR NEEDS AND ALSO HELPED TO SUPPORT THEM TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THEIR SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY.
