TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREAS OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING FOR BLACK INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF COLOR BIPOC AGES 16-25 WITH THE SKILL-SETS NEEDED TO COMPETE IN THE HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY. OUR MISSION IS TO WORK TO CLOSE THE RACIAL GAP THAT CURRENTLY EXIST IN THE HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY. THROUGH VIRTUAL EDUCATION NETWORKING AND ADVOCATING FOR TECHNICAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR BIPOC.
