THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE: (1) TO FACILITATE THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND MUSICIANSHIP OF STUDENTS THROUGH PROVISION OF TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO THOSE WITH FINANCIAL NEED WHO POSSESS THE DRIVE TO SUCCEED IN PERFORMANCE OF MUSIC; (2) TO DEVELOP PROCEDURES TO ASSESS THE FINANCIAL NEED OF STUDENTS, MEASURE AND REVIEW THEIR PROGRES, AND FUND AS WARRANTED ON A STEPWISE BASIS; (3) TO ACCEPT AND SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS OF CASH AND PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS; (4) TO ENGAGE IN FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS: AND (5) TO SPONSOR PROGRAMS IN MUSIC PERSORMANCE FOR ALL AGES, CULTURE AND ETHNICITY.
