WEATHERIZATION/ENERGY ASSISTANCE - BENEFITTED 3,697 HOUSEHOLDS.SERVICES - ASSISTING WITH PAYMENT OF WINTER UTILITY BILLS FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILITY OF HEAT, AND ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES ON A HOUSE TO MAKE THE HOUSE MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT.
EMERGENCY SERVICES - PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS WITH FOOD AND SHELTER.
COMMUNITY SERVICE - BENEFITTED 1,912 INDIVIDUALS. SERVICES - PROVISION OF SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, AND SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND ABUSE.
