CHIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS PROVIDE MIND-BODY-SPIRIT MENTORSHIP FOR YOUNG WOMEN (AND SOMETIMES YOUNG MEN). CHIC CURRICULUM BUILDS POSITIVE IDENTITY, MINDFULNESS, AND SELF-EFFICACY TO INCREASE SCHOOL ENGAGEMENT. OUR CURRICULUM IS TAILORED TO BE DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE AT THE ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL.
CHIC RE-ENTRY PROGRAMS PROVIDE MENTORSHIP AND INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR WOMEN AND YOUNG LADIES EXITING THE PRISON AND JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS.
CHIC WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS PROVIDE CAREER PLANNING, READINESS AND PLACEMENT SUPPORTS FOR WOMEN WHO FACE HIGH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. WOMEN AT WORK EMPHASIZES CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION, WHICH ARE HIGH-EARNING, HIGH- DEMAND, AND LOW-BARRIER.
CHIC COMMUNITY EVENTS SERVE THREE PURPOSES. THEY BRING FAMILIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TOGETHER TO INCREASE ACCESS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
