1,558 KINDERGARTEN-FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS RECEIVED SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING CLASSES ONCE A WEEK FOR 45 MINUTES AT THREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OVER A 10-MONTH TIME PERIOD. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH TOOLS AND STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THEIR CAPACITY FOR RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THEIR SCHOOL, HOME, AND COMMUNITY.
