TO BRING COLLABORATIVE, SYSTEMIC CHANGE FOR STUDENTS BIRTH THROUGH CAREER IN ORDER TO IMPROVE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE AND TO POSITION TARRANT COUNTY AS A LEADING PRODUCER OF HIGH-QUALITY TALENT.

TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO ENSURE THEY ARE ON A PATH FOR POST-SECONDARY CREDENTIAL. THE T3 POSTSECONDARY PATHWAYS TEAM EXISTS TO DRASTICALLY INCREASE THE NUMBER OF TARRANT COUNTY STUDENTS ENROLLING IN A POSTSECONDARY PATHWAY WITH CONFIDENCE. THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS SYSTEMS THAT CONNECT PEOPLE, INCLUDING SCHOOL AND DISTRICT STAFF, PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS, STUDENTS, AND FAMILIES, WITH RELEVANT INFORMATION, DATA, AND RESOURCES TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS. TO DATE, OVER 8,000 STUDENTS ACROSS THREE HIGH SCHOOL CLASSES HAVE EXPRESSED INTEREST IN OUR PROGRAM BY COMPLETING THE T3 PLEDGE AND WE'VE SUPPORTED OVER 2,000 STUDENTS IN COMPLETING A POSTSECONDARY SUCCESS PLAN.
MENTOR PROGRAM WE AIM TO PROVIDE 130 T3 SCHOLARS WITH NEAR-PEER AND CAREER ALIGNED MENTORS FOR ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TOWARDS A POST-SECONDARY CREDENTIAL AND CAREER OF INTEREST. IN ADDITION WE ARE LOOKING TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH JOB SHADOW AND INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT UP TO 100 CORPORATE PARTNERS IN THE FORT WORTH AREA.
COLLEGE AND CAREER SUCCESS PROGRAM - TO ENSURE T3'S FIRST COHORT OF 945 STUDENTS (AND ONGOING CORHORTS THEREAFTER) GRADUATE WITH A POST-SECONDARY DEGREE OR CREDENTIAL WITHIN SIX YEARS POST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION. ALL SCHOLARS ATTENDING ONE OF T3'S SEVEN PARTNER COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING IF ELIGIBLE, BRIDGE PROGRAMMING BEFORE THEIR FIRST SEMESTER IN COLLEGE, PERSISTENCE COACHING AND RESOURCES TO ENSURE THEY STAY ON TRACK, AND TRANSFER STUDENT SUPPORT SHOULD THEY CHOOSE TO ATTEND TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE AND THEN TRANSFER TO A PARTNER UNIVERSITY.
