EDUCATED MANY THOUSANDS OF ALASKANS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF SALMON HABITAT PROTECTION. TRAINED ALASKANS ARE NOW ENGAGED IN SALMON CONSERVATION IN WAYS NEVER BEFORE SEEN. APPROXIMATELY 700 UNPAID VOLUNTEERS HAVE BEEN MOBILIZED FOR OUR EFFORT.
