THE NGF TEAM CONFERS WITH PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILITES TO IDENTIFY THEIR UNIQUE MEDICAL, SURGICAL AND PSYCHOSOCIAL NEEDS THEN THEN ASSISTS THEM IN IDENTIFYING EXPERTS IN THE FOLLOING FIELDS: CRANIOFACIAL SURGERY, PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY, ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY, EAR, NOSE AND THROAT TREATMENT, DENTAL AND ORTHODONTIC CARE. NGF ASSIGNS AN EXPERIENCED AND CARING STAFF MEMBER TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON RELEVANT SERVICES AND REFERS THE FAMILY TO A TEAM OF INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED PHYSICIANS AT LENOX HILL HOSPITAL.
