Part 3
DUE TO THE DISTRIBUTED NATURE OF A PROFESSIONAL PILOT'S WORKPLACE, OUR MEMBERS HAVE LIMITED OPPORTUNITIES TO ENJOY THE CASUAL SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OFTEN FOUND IN OTHER PROFESSIONS. THOUGH MANY OF OUR MEMBERS HAVE WORKED AND TRAINED TOGETHER FOR DECADES, NATURAL OPPORTUNITIES TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED. THE CXO FLYING CLUB WAS DESIGNED AND IS OPERATED TO MAXIMIZE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MEMBERS TO OVERCOME THESE BARRIERS TO SOCIAL CONGREGATION AND CAMARADERIE. ADDITIONALLY, OUR CLUB PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PILOTS TO WORK TOGETHER AND USE THEIR SKILLS TO SERVE THEIR COMMUNITY.
