THEPROGRAM'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH THE EDUCATIONAND RESOURCES THEY NEED IN ORDER TO LIVE ON THEIR OWN. THE AVERAGE STAYFOR AN INDIVIDUAL IS BETWEEN SIX AND TWELVE MONTHS.
