**PROTECTING, DEFENDING, AND BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROVIDE FREE OR LOW-COST TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATIONS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY, GOVERNANCE, AND IMPACT. OVER 350 SESSIONS DELIVERED ANNUALLY IN 2020 AND 2021 - UP FROM 260 IN 2019 AND 250 IN 2018. IMPACT MEASUREMENT SHOWS IMPROVEMENT AMONG THE CURRENT PROCESSES AND INFRASTRUCTURES OF THE NON-PROFITS WE SUPPORT, BOOSTING REVENUES, CONFIDENCE, AND EXPANDING PROGRAMS AND EFFORTS.RESPOND TO THE NEED FOR UNDERSTANDING, NAVIGATIONS, AND REFERRALS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY NEED SYSTEMS THROUGH OUTREACH AND NAVIGATION TEAM MEMBERS.LEAD AND FUND THE "VENTANILLA DE SALUD" PROGRAM BASED AT THE MEXICAN CONSULATE DIRECTLY SERVING OVER 9,000 INDIVIDUALS PER YEAR WITH FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS, IMMUNIZATIONS, AND HEALTH EDUCATION THROUGH VARIOUS PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS.TRAIN OVER MICRO OR ASPIRING ENTREPRENEURS ANNUALLY ON THE BASIS OF BUSINESS INCORPORATION, FINANCIALS, PRICING, AND SALES.HOST THE ANNUAL LATIN-X SUMMIT, AN EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR THOSE SERVING OR INTERESTED IN SERVING AND INVESTING IN THE LATINO COMMUNITY IN GEORGIA HIGHLIGHTING KEY TRENDS, ISSUES, BEST PRACTICES, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR POSITIVE IMPACT AND SYSTEMS CHANGE.
