COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM WILL DEVELOP PLAYER'S CONFIDENCE AND SKILLS THROUGH TRAINING, TO IMPROVE THEIR PLAYER EXPERIENCE. OUR SUCCESS WILL COME THROUGH OUR COACHES, AND MENTORS WHO WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH THE TRAINING AND TOOLS NEEDED TO BUILD CONFIDENCE, INSTILL THE LOVE OF THE GAME AND THE STRATEGIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME OF BASEBALL/SOFTBALL TO ALL OUR PLAYERS. WE WILL PROVIDE SEMINARS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COACHING ALLIANCE CLINICS, AND PRACTICE PLANS TOGETHER WITH PREGAME ROUTINES. AFTER COMPLETION AND PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAM, OUR BOYS AND GIRLS WILL BE EMPOWERED WITH THE VALUES OF TEAMWORK, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY AND LEADERSHIP WHICH WILL INSPIRE THEM TO BECOME TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
