WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT (MILK MOOD MOVES CONFERENCE)-NURTURELY CREATES INTERDISCIPLINARY TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, EXPANSION, AND COLLABORATION.MILK MOOD MOVES 105 PERINATAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND SUPPORTERS ATTENDED THE INAUGURAL CONFERENCE. AVERAGE ATTENDEE RATING OF 9.5 OUT OF 10 FOR OVERALL CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE.


PROACTIVE POSTPARTUM/ PREVENTATIVE EDUCATION - NURTURELY TAKES A PREVENTATIVE APPROACH TO MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH IN THE POSTPARTUM PERIOD. IN 2021, NURTURELY LAUNCHED PRE-BABY WELLNESS COHORTS THAT AIMED TO PREPARE PARENTS WITH THE TOOLS, RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT FOR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS IN THE POSTPARTUM PERIOD. THESE VIRTUAL COHORTS PROVIDE EVIDENCE-BASED INFORMATION ON PREVENTING POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION, SUPPORTING PHYSICAL RECOVERY AFTER BIRTH, AND NURTURING A POSITIVE PARENT RELATIONSHIP. POSITIVELY PREGNANCY 28 PARENTS SERVED 86% GLOBAL MAJORITY PARTICIPANTS FROM COMMUNITIES OF COLOR


CULTURE OF CARRYING - NURTURELYS WORKSHOP FOR PERINATAL AND PEDIATRIC HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND BIRTHWORKERS TO LEARN THE RESEARCH BEHIND INFANT CARRIERS AS A PUBLIC HEALTH INTERVENTION AND PRACTICE HANDS-ON TOOLS FOR SHARING SAFE CARRYING PRACTICES WITH PARENTS.
