TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, THROUGH GRANTS AND OTHERWISE, WHICH ARE WORKING TO DEVELOP A BETTER HUMAN HABITAT FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGES PEOPLE.

LOW INCOME HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR HOME CONSTRUCTION, ADVOCACY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND REMODEL/IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE. COMPLETED HOMES ARE SOLD TO THOSE IN NEED AT NO PROFIT AND WITH NO INTEREST CHARGED. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE MOST OF THE LABOR, AND INDIVODUAL AND CORPORTE DONORS PROVIDE MONEY AND MATERIALS TO BUILD THE HOMES. PARTNER FAMILIES INVEST HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF LABOR (SWEAT EQUITY) INTO BUILDING THEIR HOMES AND HOMES OF OTHERS. THIER MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ARE USED TO INVEST IN NEW BUILDING PROJECTS.
RESTORE HOME IMPROVEMENT SALES - THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A RETAIL THRIFT STORE SPECIALIZING IN THE SALE OF SURPLUS, NEW AND USED BUILDING MATERIALS, APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE TO THE PUBLIC. RESTORE RECEIVES DONATED USABLE MATERIALS FROM RETIAL BUSINESSES, CONTRACTORS, INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. SOME MATERIAL ARE ACQUIRED THROUGH LOCAL AUCTIONS FOR RESALE. SOME ITEMS ARE SOLD ON CONSIGNMENT. ALL NET PROCEEDS FROM THIS OPERATION HELP SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION AND RELATED TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSE.
