LINC'S MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO PROMOTE PERSONAL GROWTH AND FREEDOM OF CHOICE THROUGH ADVOCACY, NETWORKING, PUBLIC AWARENESS AND MODIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTS. LINC ALSO GRANTS CREDIT TO INDIVIDUALS INELIGIBLE FOR GRANT ASSISTANCE WHO UTILIZE THE PERSONAL ATTENDANT PROGRAM.
