LIVING HUNGRY PROVIDED 75,020 POUNDS OF GROCERIES FED 21,996 MEALS AND REACHED 3,972 PEOPLE AND FAMILIES ACROSS PALM BEACH COUNTY WITH LOVE FOOD AND RESOURCES. WE ARE ON A MISSION TO FEED THE MOST VULNERABLE WITH HEALTHY FOOD PRESCRIPTIONS FOR 93 FOOD-INSECURE DIABETIC FAMILIES FUEL-UP PACKS AND SUPPLIES FOR 250 HOMELESS CHILDREN AND MEALS GROCERIES AND RESOURCES FOR 100 HOMELESS VETERANS.

LIVING HUNGRY SOURCES WAREHOUSES PURCHASES MOVES DIRECTS AND DISTRIBUTES FOOD GROCERIES MEALS AND RESOURCES TO THE MOST VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN OUR PALM BEACH COUNTY COMMUNITY. WE HAVE NOURISHED WELL AN ESTIMATED 4,000 PEOPLE ACROSS PALM BEACH COUNTY INCLUDING HOMELESS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES ENTIRE FAMILIES OF SICK AND POOR DIABETICS FOOD INSECURE FAMILIES THROUGH PARTNER PANTRY DISTRIBUTIONS OF OUR FOOD AND HOMELESS STUDENTS IN PBC SCHOOLS. LIVING HUNGRY PROVIDED 75,020 POUNDS OF GROCERIES FOR HOMELESS STUDENTS HOMELESS VETERANS AND FAMILIES LIVING IN POVERTY AND SUFFERING WITH DIABETES OUT OF CONTROL. LIVING HUNGRY FED OVER 21,996 MEALS TO HOMELESS VETERANS AND HOMELESS STUDENTS. THE 2021 HEALTHY FOOD PRESCRIPTION PROGRAM A MEDICALLY TAILORED GROCERIES MTG MODEL INTERVENTION SUPPORTED 93 CLIENTS TO USE FOOD AS MEDICINE TO CONTROL AND REVERSE THEIR DIABETES WITH 63% DROPPING THEIR A1C'S BY 1.4 POINTS OVER THE COURSE OF THE 6-MONTH PROGRAM. THE FUEL-UP PACKS FED 250 HOMELESS STUDENTS AT 22 SCHOOLS OVER THE SCHOOL YEAR. AND THIS YEAR WE ADDED NEW RESOURCES IN CHRISTMAS AND EASTER DISTRIBUTIONS TO GIVE 320 HOMELESS YOUTH AND CHILDREN HYGIENE KITS BACKPACKS SCHOOL SUPPLIES SOCKS AND GIFT CARDS. WE ALSO SUPPORTED 100+ HOMELESS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES AS THEY MOVED FROM THE STREET TO HOTELS TO PERMANENT HOUSING WITH RESOURCES GROCERIES AND MEALS 5 DAYS A WEEK.
