Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
PROJECT MESSENGER WAS MAKING CONSISTENT STRUCTURAL AND PAYLOAD DESIGN PROGRESS PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC, THOUGH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS CONCENTRATIONS WERE STRUGGLING TO MAKE PROGRESS, ALBEIT FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. EE REQUIRED EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP, WHICH IT GOT IN FEBRUARY AS WELL AS AN INCREASE IN ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY AS EE/COMPE WAS THE FIRST ELEMENT OF HLA-ENGINEERING TO BE ORGANIZED AS A STANDING SECTION. TRAJECTORY REQUIRED MORE TRAINING, WHICH WAS BEING ORGANIZED JUST PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC (AFTER THE PANDEMIC, TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS WAS THE SECOND ELEMENT IN THE DEPARTMENT PROPOSED TO BE CONSOLIDATED INTO A STANDING SECTION BEFORE IT WAS DECIDED TO ORGANIZE THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT AS SUCH.) PROJECT MESSENGER WAS STILL ON TRACK TO MAKE THE 2020 SPACEPORT AMERICA CUP FLIGHT, THOUGH LIKELY WOULD HAVE NOT MADE THE PROPOSED APRIL UPSTATE ROCKET RESEARCH GROUP FLIGHT. OVERALL, THE PROJECT CONTINUED ITS WORK FROM LAST YEAR WITH PREVIOUS MATERIALS AND EXTENSIVE RESEARCH DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE PANDEMIC, THEREBY EXPLAINING THE LACK OF MONEY INPUTTED IN THIS PROJECT.
