PRIMARILY ENGAGES IN THE CONDUCT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS ABOUT THE PUBLIC BENEFITS TO BE DERIVED FROM GREATER FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY, TRANSPARENCY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN GOVERNMENT.
