IN 2022, THE FOCUS OF OUR EFFORTS HAS BEEN ON PROVIDING AFFORDABLE IMMIGRATION-RELATED LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO IMMIGRANTS LIVING IN UNDERSERVED RURAL AREAS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. OUR CLIENTS ARE LOCATED PRIMARILY IN THE SALINAS VALLEY. THIS IS A MAJOR AGRICULTURAL REGION AND AN AREA WHERE LOW-INCOME IMMIGRANTS SEEKING IMMIGRATION REPRESENTATION ARE HIGHLY UNDERSERVED. WE OFFER AFFORDABLE LEGAL REPRESENTATION ON A WIDE ARRAY OF IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS TO IMMIGRANTS IN THE SALINAS REGION. THIS INCLUDES REPRESENTATION IN SAN FRANCISCO IMMIGRATION COURT FOR ASYLUM SEEKERS FACING REMOVAL FROM THE COUNTRY. WE ALSO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS ON A VARIETY OF IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS AND PETITIONS INCLUDING: FAMILY PETITIONS, WAIVERS OF INADMISSIBILITY, ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS APPLICATIONS, CONSULAR PROCESSING, U VISAS, APPLICATIONS FOR CITIZENSHIP, AND VARIOUS OTHER APPLICATIONS.
