THE YMCA SUPPORT CORPORATION WILL CONSTRUCT, OWN, OPERATE, AND LEASE ASSETS TO THE LAFAYETTE FAMILY YMCA. THE LAFAYETTE YMCA SUPPORT CORPORATION WILL BE OPERATED AT ALL TIMES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LAFAYETTE FAMILY YMCA.
