TO PRODUCE RADICALLY INCLUSIVE PROGRAMMING AT THE INTERSECTION OF ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, AND ENTERTAINMENT THAT CULTIVATES AND CELEBRATES NEW WORK, EMERGING ARTISTS, DIVERSE AUDIENCES, AND FRESH IDEAS.

BLINDSPOT COLLECTIVE DEVELOPS TRANSFORMATIVE THEATRE THAT AMPLIFIES MARGINALIZED VOICES, ILLUMINATES UNTOLD STORIES, BRIDGES DISPARATE EXPERIENCES, AND ENERGIZES VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES. IN 2020, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING TO APPROXIMATELY 6,000 K-12 STUDENTS THROUGH ARTS INTEGRATION AND ARTS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS "SAFA'S STORY", A TOURING PRODUCTION THAT EXPLORES THE COMPLEXITY OF RACISM AND INDIFFERENCE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CREATED THREE WORLD PREMIERE MULTIMEDIA PROJECTS - "WALKS OF LIFE", "REFRACTIONSX AND "GOOD TROUBLE" THAT SERVED OVER 5,000 AUDIENCE MEMBERS IN SAN DIEGO AND ACROSS THE COUNTRY AMIDST THE PANDEMIC.
