PRMH, INC. PARTICIPATES IN THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDITS PROGRAM, A FEDERAL INITIATIVE DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT IN LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES. THROUGH THE CLOSING OF THE PRMH, INC.'S NMTC DEAL, IT SECURED APPROXIMATELY $6 MILLION IN FUNDING FOR CONSTRUCTION. PRMH, INC. WILL USE THE FUNDS TO DEVELOP REAL PROPERTY TO BE USED BY THE RMH IN FURTHERING ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
