THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHED A NEWSLETTER CALLED IN THE MAILBOX SIX TIMES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR TO INFORM MEMBERS ON OUR GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ATTENDED THE NATIONAL CONVENTION IN ST. LOUIS, MO, TO LEARN HOW THE ORGANIZATION COULD SUPPORT THE ACTIVE POSTMASTERS AND MANAGERS. THE ORGANIZATION AWARDED TWELVE 1,000 SCHOLARSHIPS EACH TO STUDENTS WHO WERE EITHER CHILDREN OR GRANDCHILDREN OF A MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION.
