THE MARGARET HOME IS A 24-MONTH RESIDENTIAL EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM SERVING PREGNANT AND PARENTING MOTHERS. OUR PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRTUAL NEEDS OF THE WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN IN A CARING, SAFE, STABLE, COMMUNAL HOME LIVING ENVIRONMENT THAT NURTURES AN EMPOWERED SPIRIT AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. EACH MOTHER CREATES A SELF-DIRECTED ACTION PLAN WITH THE DIRECTION OF A CASE MANAGER. OUR PROGRAM ENABLES AND PROVIDES THE STRUCTURE AND RESOURCES FOR THE WOMAN TO ACHIEVE PERSONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND PROFESSIONAL GOALS THAT LEAD TO INDEPENDENCE FOR THE WOMAN AND HER FAMILY. EACH WOMAN IS SUPPORTED BY A TEAM OF COACHES AND DIRECT CARE MANAGERS TO COMPLETE TRAININGS IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, FINANCIAL LITERACY, JOB SKILLS, PARENTING SKILLS, AND LIFE SKILLS.
