PROJECT BLUE'S MISSION IS TO BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND THE OFFICERS WHO SERVE THEM BY SUPPORTING OFFICER LED HOLISTIC YOUTH OUTREACH PROGRAMS. OFFICERS IN PROJECT BLUE PROGRAMS LEAD, CREATE, MENTOR, SUPPORT, UPLIFT, AND OFFER HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY TO KIDS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS THROUGH THEIR INTEGRAL INVOLVEMENT IN PROGRAM DELIVERY. PROJECT BLUE AND ITS PROGRAMS DEVELOP CRISP GOALS, MEASURE PROGRESS TOWARD THOSE GOALS, AND CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE IN RESPONSE TO LESSONS LEARNED. BY THIS RELENTLESS FOCUS ON OUTCOMES, PROJECT BLUE DEVELOPS CUTTING EDGE BEST PRACTICES FOR POLICE OFFICERS AND YOUTH PROGRAMS TO TRANSFORM KIDS' LIVES. PROJECT BLUE PROGRAMS SET ACADEMIC STANDARDS AND PROVIDE THE TOOLS FOR KIDS TO REACH THEM, BUILD KIDS' RESILIENCE AND MEASURE THE RESULTS AS WE GO.
