COMMON CONNECTIONS ACTED AS PROGRAM MNGR WITH CONTRACT FOR SERVICES TO FACILITATE PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTORS SPECIFICALLY FOR HOUSING REPAIR PROJECTS DESIGNATED FOR HOUSING REPAIR & REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR JOSEPHINE COUNTY FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FROM BUSINESS OREGON TO JOSEPHINE COUNTY (GRANTEE) AND ALLCARE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION/ MIDROGUE FOUNDATION (SUBGRANTEE).
