PART OF CHCT'S MISSION IS TO SERVE THE UNINSURED POPULATION IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS. TEXAS HAS THE LARGEST NUMBER OF RESIDENTS WITHOUT MEDICAL COVERAGE IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.
