THE MISSION OF UNDERDOG RESCUE OF ARKANSAS IS TO HELP ANIMALS THAT ARE IN DANGER OF EUTHANASIS IN OUR LOCAL SHELTERS, BY HELPING THESE ANIMALS FIND RESCUE OR NEW HOMES, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT ABUSE OF DOGS AND THE IMPORTANCE TO HAVE YOUR PET SPAYED OR NEUTERED.
