THE HOPE DEALER MENTORING PROGRAM WORKS WITH YOUNG MEN AGED 13-25 WHO RESIDE IN COMMUNITIES OF CONCENTRATED VIOLENCE AND DISADVANTAGE. THIS INTENSIVE MENTORING PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE. THE PROGRAM ACHIEVES ITS MAIN GOALS THROUGH INTERVENTIONS FOCUSED ON COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY, PERSONAL WELLNESS, FINANCIAL LITERACY, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, GOAL SETTING, AND SELF-REGULATION.THE PROGRAM MAKES AN IMMEASURABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF MENTEES, GIVING THEM STRUCTURE, SUPPORT, AND GUIDANCE AS THEY FIGHT TO OVERCOME THE PERVASIVE AND SYSTEMIC INJUSTICES THAT THREATEN TO HINDER THEIR SUCCESS.
