THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO CONDUCT, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGE, AND ASSIST THE COMMON GOOD AND WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF LAFAYETTE, WEST LAFAYETTE, TIPPECANOE COUNTY AND THE WEST CENTRAL REGION OF INDIANA IT SERVES.
