TO COORDINATE THE EFFORTS OF OUR MEMBERS IN THEIR COLLECTIVE MINISTRIES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING IN POVERTY OR WHO ARE HOMELESS, AND TO ASSIST OUR MEMBERS IN ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE EFFORTS.

FAITH COMMUNITY SHELTER: FCS PROVIDES SHELTER AND TWO MEALS EACH DAY FOR NINETEEN INDIVIDUALS DAILY AT 14 CHURCH SITES. SERVICES INCLUDE MEALS, SHELTER, COUNSELING, AND PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR TRANSITIONAL AND PERMANENT HOUSING.
SAFE SPACES: FACILITATES THOSE LIVING IN THEIR VEHICLES TO STAY OVERNIGHT ON CHURCH PROPERTIES LEGALLY AND SAFELY. THE AFC CONTRACTS WITH PARTICIPATING CHURCHES, AND SCREENS POTENTIAL GUESTS, WITH A GOAL OF PLACING THEM INTO MORE PERMANENT HOUSING.
SHOWER MINISTRY: OUR TRAILER MOVES TO WHERE THE UNHOUSED CONGREGATED AT SHELTERS, AND UNSANCTIONED CAMPS. 160 PEOPLE A WEEK ARE ABLE TO SHOWER.
