BUILDING HEALTHY DRUG & ALCOHOL FREE COMMUNITIES THAT SUPPORT HAWAII YOUTH IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH FITNESS, EDUCATION AND MENTORING.

THE FOUNDATION OPERATES SEVERAL CROSSFIT GYMS THROUGHOUT KAUAI TO PROVIDE A SAFE DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE YOUTH OF KAUAI. ALL GYMS PROVIDE PERSONAL MENTORSHIP TO KAUAI'S YOUTH SO KIDS KNOW THEY BELONG AND ARE LOVED. KEALA TRAINED AND MENTORED OVER 200 KIDS THIS YEAR. WE OFFER 4 CLASSES PER DAY FOR A TOTAL OF 16 CLASSES PER WEEK THAT SERVE KIDS AGES 5- 18. KIDS ARE TRANSPORTED FROM SCHOOL TO THE GYM WHERE THEY WORK OUT WITH QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS. ALL KIDS ARE FED A NUTRITIOUS MEAL AND THEN DELIVERED HOME TO THEIR DOOR. ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS TRAIN KIDS TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH, AVOID DRUGS & ALCOHOL AND HANDLE INTERACTIONS AND/OR EMOTIONAL TRAUMA WITH A POSITIVE AND HEALTHY OUTLOOK. THE FOUNDATION HAS DEVELOPED YOUTH CURRICULUM TO BE USED IN OTHER CROSSFIT AFFILIATES .
EACH YEAR, THE FOUNDATION HOSTS THE HUGELY POPULAR ULTIMATE HAWAIIAN TRAIL RUN. THIS ISLAND RACE IS BOTH BEAUTIFUL AND CHALLENGING. WE HOSTED 614 PEOPLE THROUGH A VITURAL RACE EXPERIENCE. 662 PEOPLE WERE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PERSON ON KAUAI.
