PURPOSE: Show and Heal represents a collaborative effort of children and families, students, educators, religious leaders, medical and social service professionals, business and nonprofit entities, civic organizations, laypersons, and other vested individuals who understand the fundamental interconnectedness of all human beings. This collaborative seeks to promote peaceful, harmonious activities which serve to bridge the gaps between diverse populations. We use visual presentations and educational forums on social media and in-person to show connectedness. From afterschool enrichment to diversity and mindfulness trainings, our programs help young people feel a sense of belonging and embrace their authentic selves by holistically strengthening their mental health and resilience.
