THE FRESNO COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY ASSOCIATION ("FCPSA") IS AN ASSOCIATION OF WORKERS EMPLOYED BY THE COUNTY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA ("COUNTY") WHO HAVE COMBINED TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE WORKERS' INTERESTS IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH THE COUNTY ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) OF THE FCPSA'S TIME WILL BE DEVOTED TO IMPROVING THE WAGES, HOURS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF ITS MEMBERS THE WORKERS' CONTRACT WITH FRESNO ENDED ON 7/29/2018 DURING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING CYCLE AT WHICH TIME THE FCPSA'S INTERESTS WILL BE FURTHERED ITS REPRESENTATIVES WHO WILL MEET WITH THE WORKERS' HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVES
