THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERMANENT MUSEUM AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER: IN 2016, REAL PROPERTY WAS DONATED TO IWBC MUSEUM IN ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS, ACROSS THE STREET FROM BEYER FIELD, WHERE THE ROCKFORD PEACHES OF THE ALL-AMERICAN GIRLS PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL LEAGUE PLAYED FROM 1943-1954. THE MUSEUM WILL OWN, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY WHILE IWBC WILL OPERATE THE MUSEUM. THE PROPERTY WILL CONSIST OF A MUSEUM (BOTH AN INDOOR AND AN OUTDOOR FACILITY) AND AN EDUCATIONAL CENTER WHICH WILL HOUSE AND MAINTAIN IWBC'S COLLECTION OF UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, MEMORABILIA, ETC. RELATED TO WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION IN BASEBALL.
