PS27 FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO EARLY STAGE COMPANIES AND STARTUPS TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE GROWTH. WE DELIVER TRAINING AND EDUCATION THROUGH CLASSROOM LESSONS, COMPANY SITE VISITS, COMPREHENSIVE MENTORING, AND DISTANCE LEARNING. ADVANCED TECHNIQUES AND EQUIPMENT ARE USED TO ENABLE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES LEARNING AND COLLABORATION. PS27 FOUNDATION IS CONSTANTLY WORKING TO FORM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THE GOVERNMENT TO CREATE JOBS AND IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY.

FEMALE FOUNDERS FORUM - AN ANNUAL EVENT TO MOTIVATE AND IMPROVE THE SKILLS OF FEMALE FOUNDERS AND ENTREPRENEURS SO THEY CAN SHARE SECRETS OF SUCCESS, FORM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND FRIENDSHIPS THAT LAST A LIFETIME. THE SESSIONS ARE HIGHLY INTERACTIVE AND FULLY IMMERSIVE AND ALLOW FOR PARTICIPANTS TO EXCHANGE IDEAS AND SHARE BEST PRACTICES. THE GOAL OF THE ANNUAL FORUM IS TO ATTRACT AND INSPIRE MORE WOMEN TO BECOME BETTER LEADERS AND TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH A COMMUNITY OF FEMALE INNOVATORS. THIS ONE-DAY PROGRAM STARTED WITH ABOUT 10 WOMEN AND NOW 6 YEARS LATER HAS GROWN TO 200+ WOMEN.
LEADERSHIP WEEK - AN INTENSE, HANDS ON AND HIGHLY INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE FOR STARTUPS AND THEIR TEAMS. EACH SESSION IS GUIDED BY EXPERIENCED SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS IN THE CRITICAL ASPECTS OF LEADERSHIP. FOUNDERS AND THEIR TEAMS ATTEND SESSIONS THAT INCLUDE: ETHICAL LEADERSHIP, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, AND HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM BUILDING. THIS FOUR-DAY PROGRAM ORIGINALLY STARTED AT A DINNER TABLE AND NOW 7 YEARS LATER IS HOSTING 50+ ENTREPRENEURS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
