THE TERMS CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANINGS THAT THEY HAVE IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR THE COORESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL INTERNAL REVENUE LAWS THEN IN EFFECT. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO FACILITATE THROUGH FUND RAISING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND GENERAL ASSISTANCE, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
