INCLUDES THEOLOGY AND CERTIFICATE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING FOR STUDENTS, RENOVATION COSTS FOR EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES, STAFF SALARIES, WESLEY COLLEGE EXPENSES, PERMANENT SITE PLANNING COSTS, CLASSROOM OUTFITTING, STIPEND/EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS, AND ACCREDITATION/REGISTRATION COSTS.
