THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES AND ASSISTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WEST FARGO SPORTS ARENA. WFE RENTS OUT FACILITY SPACE TO TEAMS AND GROUPS WITHIN THE WEST FARGO AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES ON BEHALF OF OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT.
STAGE WEST IS A COMMUNITY THEATRE PROJECT BEGAN BY WEST FARGO EVENTS IN SUMMER 2021. WE GIVE LOCAL ARTISTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM, AND OUR COMMUNITY HAS A CHANCE TO ENGAGE IN ENTERTAINMENT AND HANDS ON ACTIVITY SURROUNDING THE ARTS AND CULTURE SCENE. THESE EVENTS TAKE PLACE AT LOCATIONS ALL OVER OUR COMMUNITY.
THE ORGANIZATION CREATES, ORGANIZES, PROMOTES, AND IMPLEMENTS PUBLIC EVENTS FOR ALL AGES IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES OF WEST FARGO. THE ORGANIZATION UTILIZES 2 DIFFERENT CITY OWNED PLAZAS. EXAMPLES OF EVENTS INCLUDE CRUISE NIGHT, SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, MOVIE NIGHTS, TREAT STREET (HALLOWEEN EVENT) AND OUR ANNUAL COMMUNITY CELEBRATION WESTFEST.
THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS IN MANAGEMENT AND UPKEEP AND ALSO SUBSIDIZES THE PLAZA 32 PARKING GARAGE NEAR THE SHEYENNE 32 PLAZA, TO PROVIDE PARKING FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT ARE ORGANIZED, AND PROMOTED BY WEST FARGO EVENTS.
