THE MBLE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION (C)(2) AND 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION WILL MAKE GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO SUPPORT 501(C)(3) PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS, CHURCHES, AND COMMUNITY BASED GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN RURAL MINNESOTA. PROGRAM INTERESTS INCLUDE IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN RURAL MINNESOTA COMMUNITIES, REGIONAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT. THE FOUNDATION WILL PURSUE THESE INTERESTS THROUGH FUNDING THE PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS.
