WE OFFER FREE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS AS WELL AS CAMPS OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THAT ALLOW ANY GIRL THE CHANCE TO DEVELOP SOCIAL SKILLS, BUILD CHARACTER, AND FLOURISH, DIMINISHING THE CHANCES OF BECOMING A STATISTIC. OUR PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO GIVE JUNIOR HIGH GIRLS A SAFE SPACE TO DISCOVER THEIR VALUE, CONFIDENCE, AND VOICE SO THAT THEY CAN DEVELOP THEIR SELF-ESTEEM (BELIEF IN THEIR WORTH AND AWARENESS OF THEIR ABILITIES), WHICH STUDIES SHOW MAKES IT SO THEY WILL BE LESS LIKELY TO BECOME AN EVER-GROWING STATISTIC OF VICTIMIZATION IN OUR COUNTRY. VICTIMIZATION RANGES FROM BEING BULLIED TO BEING TRAFFICKED. WE ALSO OFFER COMMUNITY EDUCATION TO DEVELOP SUPPORT AND AWARENESS. WE SERVED 82 GIRLS IN 2019 THROUGH SUMMER CAMP AND SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
