TAP CURRENTLY SERVES CLOSE TO 30,000 JOB SEEKERS WITH DISABILITIES AND THOUSANDS OF NEW EMPLOYERS USING THE PORTAL. THIS ONLINE PORTAL OFFERS VIRTUAL HIRING EVENTS, JOB LISTINGS, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO EMPLOYERS TO CONNECT WITH DISABILITIES TO RECEIVE GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. * VIRTUAL HIRING EVENTS - THESE EVENTS CONSISTED OF RESOURCES TOWARD TRAINING JOB SEEKERS, AND RECRUITERS FROM THE COMPANY PARTICIPATING. WE ALSO DID ONLINE MARKETING FOR THE EVENT AND FOLLOW UP AFTER THE EVENT TO ENSURE THAT INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS WERE ABLE TO PROPERLY FOLLOW UP AND CONNECT.
