THE MISSION OF THE FUND IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITES FOR STUDENTS SEEKING A CAREER IN THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY BY GENERATING AND DISTRIBUTING FINANCIAL AND OTHER RESOURCES FOR EXTRAORDINARY AND INNOVATIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES. THE FUND IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXCEPT ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGHER LEARNING INSTITUTIONS FOR STUDENTS SEEKING A CAREER IN THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. THE FUND ALSO AWARDS CASH SCHOLARSHIPS DIRECTLY TO RECIPIENTS THROUGH "ACHIEVEMENT IN CAMPUS PROGRAMMING" SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUMMER INTERNSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS.
