GENERAL MEMBERSHIP SERVICES - AS THE CHIEF ADVOCATE FOR NON-PROFIT PROVIDERS OF LONG-TERM CARE AND SERVICES AND THE ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS THEY SERVE, LEADINGAGE PA REPRESENTS THEIR INTERESTS AND CONCERNS THROUGH ITS COMMUNICATIONS WITH STATE LEGISLATURE AND REGULATORY AGENCIES. THROUGH ITS STAFF'S AND MEMBERS' PARTICIPATION ON ADVISORY PANELS AND GOVERNMENTAL TASK FORCES, ATTENDANCE AT PUBLIC HEARINGS, MONITORING OF LEGISLATION, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE BUDGET, LEADINGAGE PA ENSURES THAT ITS MEMBERSHIP RECEIVES THE ATTENTION AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO CONTINUE THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY CARE AND SERVICES FOR THE AGING.
