TO ESTABLISH ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PASTORS, STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS OF THE LOCAL CHURCHES WITH THE ADMINISTRATORS, TEACHERS, AND FAMILIES OF LOCAL SCHOOLS TO BUILD A STRONGER COMMUNITY.

ALTHOUGH SHINE PARTNERSHIP VOLUNTEERS WERE NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN TITLE I PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR MOST OF THE SPRING OF 2021, EMERGENCY NEEDS WERE MET FOR EVERY FORMAL PARTNERSHIP. INSTEAD FOCUS WAS MAINTAINING EMERGENCY SUPPORT UNTIL WE WERE ABLE TO BE IN THE SCHOOLS IN THE FALL, CONTINUING TO FOCUS ON STUDENT ENRICHMENT, TEACHER SUPPORT, AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT.
SHINE DEVELOPED FAMILY ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES BY PROVIDING MUCH NEEDED SUPPORT TO STUDENTS & THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH APS TITLE I PROGRAMS IN WHICH WE BUILT CURRICULUM AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING THESE SEMINARS
