WE ARE FOCUSED ON BUILDING AWARENESS, EXPANDING STUDENT PARTICIPATION AND ENABLING NEW CAREER PATHWAYS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE ACROSS ARKANSAS.

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS. WE CONTINUED OUR SUPPORT OF THE ARKANSAS CODING ACADEMY BY PROVIDING A SCHOLARSHIP FOR A DESERVING STUDENT.


WE DONATED $10,000 TO THE MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY TO SUPPORT THEIR GIRLS IN STEM PROGRAM. ARCODEKIDS' SUPPORT FULLY FUNDED A WEEK OF THE PROGRAM, PROVIDING THIS ENRICHING EXPERIENCE FOR 300 GIRLS.


2019 ARKANSAS GOVERNOR'S ALL STATE CODING COMPETITION. WE RECEIVED A DONATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FROM VERIZON IN 2018 TO USE TOWARDS THE 2019 GOVERNOR'S CODING COMPETITION. THE MONEY WAS USED TO COVER AWARDS AND COMPETITION EXPENSES FOR THE TEAMS COMPETING FROM ACROSS THE STATE. VERIZON CONTRIBUTED A TOTAL OF $50,000 IN 2019 TO ALSO COVER THE 2020 STATEWIDE CODING COMPETITION.
