IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MISSION, THE FCP PROVIDES EXTENSIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT TO HUNDREDS OF BUSINESSES LOCATED IN FLEMINGTON BOROUGH. SERVICES INCLUDE BUSINESS CONSULTING, TRAININGS, AND HELPING TO LAUNCH NEW BUSINESSES. THE FCP ALSO CONDUCTS THEMED BUSINESS PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING CAMPAIGNS DESIGNED TO DRIVE CUSTOMER TRAFFIC AND SALES. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS ARE COMPRISED OF WEB PROMOTIONS, SOCIAL MEDIA, ADVERTISING, PRINT COLLATERAL, AND GRASS ROOTS MARKETING. EXAMPLES INCLUDE RESTAURANT WEEKS, VALENTINE'S DAY PROMOTIONS, HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROMOTIONS, MOTHER'S AND FATHER'S DAY PROMOTIONS, SEASONAL AND HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS. DURING 2020, THE ORGANIZATION, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BOROUGH OF FLEMINGTON PARTICIPATED NJ'S OPPORTUNITY ZONE CHALLENGE PROGRAM SPONSORED BY THE NJEDA. THE FCP ALSO HOSTS EVENTS AND FORUMS FOR STAKEHOLDER GROUPS.


THE FCP WORKS YEARROUND TO ENHANCE THE VISUAL ATTRACTIVENESS OF FLEMINGTON BOROUGH. VISUAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: BANNER PROGRAMS, SEASONAL DECORATING FOR FALL AND THE WINTER HOLIDAYS, PUBLIC ART PROJECTS, LANDSCAPING AND BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS.


AS THE DESTINATION MARKETING AGENCY FOR FLEMINGTON, THE FCP PROMOTES THE BOROUGH USING A WIDE ARRAY OF PRINT AND DIGITAL MARKETING MATERIALS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A WEBSITE, VISITOR GUIDES, WALKING TOURS, SEASONAL EVENT GUIDES, BLOGS AND NICHE PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS. THE FCP OPERATES A VISITOR KIOSK AND USES SOCIAL MEDIA, MEDIA RELATIONS AND EMAIL MARKETING TO BRING ONGOING ATTENTION TO FLEMINGTON'S UNIQUE OFFERINGS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SPECIAL EVENT GRANTS TO QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS THAT HOST EVENTS BENEFITTING MULTIPLE STAKEHOLDERS. THE FCP ALSO PRODUCES FOUR MAJOR EVENTS DESIGNED TO ATTRACT THOUSANDS OF VISITORS TO THE BOROUGH WHILE ENRICHING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR LOCALS.
