GROUNDSCOUT PERSONNEL CONDUCT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS TO LOCATE AND PRESERVE EVIDENCE OF WAR CRIMES AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, WHICH EVIDENCE MAY BE USED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS TO PROSECUTE SUCH CRIMES.
