WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING LEARNING EXPERIENCES TO REDUCE VIOLENCE, ENHANCE PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND FOSTER MUTUAL RESPECT. THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES CONFLICT RESOLUTION, PEER MEDIATION AND PREJUDICE REDUCTION WHICH USE ALTERNATIVES FOR RESOLVING CONFLICTS THROUGH THE USE AND STUDY OF CREATIVE RESOLUTION METHODS.
